Trio

TRIO was originally composed for oboe, clarinet and bassoon in 1986. It is one of the first works in which Wim Henderickx used a total chromatic way of composing. The work has the following parts : ‘Allegro-Marcato’ ‘Largo’ ‘Scherzando’ ‘Lento-Assai’ ‘Allegro-Marcato’ Different musical atmospheres are evoked. In 2022 Wim Henderickx made this version for two clarinets and bass clarinet.
