4 Dreams are part of the large-scale opera De Bekeerlinge (The Convert), which can be performed separately. The opera was composed to a libretto by Krystian Lada, based on the novel “De Bekeerlinge” by Stefan Hertmans and commissioned by Opera Ballet Vlaanderen in co-production with Opéra de Rouen Normandie and Muziektheater Transparant.
